The Board of Directors
Liron Petrushka – Chairman
Mr. Petrushka has more than 20 years of senior management experience with high technology companies. As a serial entrepreneur, Mr. Petrushka has vast experience in mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, corporate control and strategic partnership. Mr. Petrushka currently focuses on private sector. He also serves as an advisor to certain rapid growth technology companies.
Mr. Petrushka was the founder and CEO of Commercebid.com, an e-Commerce strategic sourcing company. Commercebid.com was acquired by Commerce One. At Commerce One, Mr. Petrushka was a Vice President and General Manager helping division to grow to over 200 people w/ operations in 14 countries. Revenues for the Auction Services grew to over $ 75MM.
Prior to starting Commercebid.com, Mr. Petrushka owned and managed several successful technology ventures, included being the founder and CEO of U.S. Group, a Human Resources Management System enterprise software solution that was acquired by Ultimate Software, Inc.
Eitan Bek - Pitango Venture Capital
Eitan Bek joined Pitango in late 2000 and became a Partner in 2007. Before joining Pitango Eitan was a member of the founding team that established Beautifulisland.Com, a startup with a goal to be the first Personal Internet Service Company dedicated to helping people who don't know computers enjoy the many benefits of the Internet.
Prior to joining the Start Up world Eitan worked at Lehman Brothers, where he initiated and managed a special technology project, enabling automation of post-trade processing for institutional investors.
In the mid-90s, Eitan served as Director of System Specification group at Elbit Systems (NASDAQ: ESLT). In this role, he led development teams and was directly accountable for R&D activities in customer projects, with an aggregate value in excess of $100 million, and was responsible for marketing upgrade suites.
Eitan holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Business School, and a BA degree (magna cum laude) in Business Administration from the College of Management, Tel Aviv
Eitan currently serves on the board of 3DV Systems and works closely as an active observer with Discretix and Provigent.
Guy Goldstein – Co-Founder and CEO
Guy brings over 16 years of experience in all aspects of technology, product development, management and strategy. Prior to Pageonce, Guy served in an executive position of Corporate Development at HP software, responsible for mergers, acquisitions and strategy. Before that, Guy spent 9 years in various R&D executive roles at Mercury Interactive. Guy holds a bachelor's degree in Business and computer science, cum laude, from the Tel-Aviv University. Guy served in the Israeli Air Force as a major and fighter pilot.
Bobby Lent - Board Observer
Bobby Lent is the Managing Partner of Hillsven LLC. The firm, started in 2001, invests and plays an active role in innovative high tech firms primarily in Israel and the U.S.A. Mr. Lent is the Chairman of Verix, Inc., an early stage enterprise company focused on Advanced Automated Analytics, which is based in Mountain View and has core R&D located near Herzilyya, Israel. Mr. Lent serves on the board of BleacherReport.com, an early stage Web 2.0 company that offers the first Open Source Sports Network, which is headquartered in San Francisco.
From 2002 until 2007, Mr. Lent was the Chairman of Traiana, Inc., an enterprise software company focused on Trading Relationship Management, which is based in New York and has core R&D located in Ramat Gan, Israel. In November, 2007, Traiana was acquired by ICAP (IAP.L) and continues to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary. In early 1995, Mr. Lent was the co-founder of Ariba (NASDAQ: ARBA), an enterprise software company, which is the leader in Enterprise Spend Management.
1995 to 2000, Mr. Lent led Ariba's marketing, business development and corporate development activities, including mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, Mr. Lent was Vice President of Marketing for Inmac, an international supplier of networking and computing equipment to Fortune 1000 enterprises. Prior to that, he held senior product-marketing positions at Quantum, Plus Development and Softbridge Microsystems. Mr. Lent received his undergraduate education at U.C. Berkeley and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
